PRIVATE EVENT RENTAL

  • $150/hr for photoshoots Monday - Thursday

  • $200/hr for Event Rentals Monday - Thursday

  • $300/hr for Event Rentals on Friday or Sunday

  • $400/hr for Event Rentals on Saturdays

*Plus Sales tax.  All bookings must be paid in advance if event is within 14 days of event date.

Food and Beverages can be brought in with a refundable $500 deposit.  Food and/or drinks ARE NOT ALLOWED in any of the installation rooms.  To book, please fill out the form below to inquire your event date.

What does the room rental include?
  • Furnished 2500 square foot area

  • 100 People Standing Room/75 people Sitting Room

  • 60″  round tables for guest seating with full length ivory or black linens

  • Up to four (4) cocktail leaner tables

  • Up to eight (8) stools for cocktail tables

  • Up to five (6) rectangular tables with full length black linens

  • Up to twenty five (25) foldable black chairs

  • Usage of all TV screens for videos/slideshows

  • Bluetooth Surround Sound system

  • Entire center space can be removed for a full, open area

  • Plenty of FREE, well lit, parking

  • Onsite venue representative for the entire event

What extras can I add on?

  • 360 Photobooth Rental - $250/hr

  • Light Cleaning after your event - $100.00/hr

  • Photographer - To be Quoted
