ARE YOU KID FRIENDLY?

 

Of course we are! We are a family friendly attraction!

ARE FOOD AND BEVERAGES ALLOWED INSIDE?

Please finish and discard all food and drinks before entering the building. 

CAN I BRING A CHANGE OF CLOTHES?

We have space in our restrooms that will allow you to have wardrobe changes.  You are responsible for storing your own clothing however.

CAN I BRING MY PET?

Animals are great selfie companions, but unless your animal is a registered guide animal, your furry pall has to stay home.

ARE YOU WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Yes, we are!

WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?

Your phone or camera, a smile and great energy! There is no room for storage so we suggest leaving bulky items like jackets and oversized bags in your car.

 

ARE PHOTOGRAPHERS ALLOWED?

 

Yes, they must also purchase a ticket for entrance. However, additional lighting equipment is not permitted unless a private photo shoot has been booked.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR BIG GROUPS?

Yes! We gladly offer discounted rates for groups of 10 or more people. Please email us at smile@selfiebardfw.com to receive a custom group code.

CAN I REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY TICKETS?

Tickets are nonrefundable but can be exchanged prior to 24 hours of your scheduled arrival time.  Please email us promptly at smile@selfiebardfw.com for all time swaps.

CAN I RENT THE WHOLE SPACE?

Absolutely! You can book the whole museum in one hour increments a flat rate of $500/hr {+tax}..  Food and Beverages can be brought in with a refundable $500 deposit.  Food and/or drinks ARE NOT ALLOWED in any of the installation rooms.  To book, please email us at smile@selfiebardfw.com to confirm your event date.
