Business Formation

Prior to opening your Selfie Museum you will need to create a detailed business plan to ensure your business will be built on a solid foundation. You can create your own business plan, or use our proven business plan to jumpstart your business. The business structure you choose influences everything from day-to-day operations, to taxes and how much of your personal assets are at risk. You should choose a business structure that gives you the right balance of legal protections and benefits.

Finding a Location

Creating a plan to find the perfect location that would work the best for your vision and demographic. Where you choose to locate your business will have a major impact on your public presence, walk-in traffic, and the potential for future income. Where you locate your business depends in part on the location of your target market, business partners, and your personal preferences. In addition, you should consider the costs, benefits, and restrictions of different government agencies.

City Ordinances

Every city has rules and regulations regarding a business. There are things that must be completed prior to opening. We provide info on applying for permits, requesting inspections on existing permits and renewing licenses. Make sure you’re on the right track with detailed instructions

Budgeting

One of the top reasons why small businesses fail include pricing and cost issues, losing focus and running out of cash. These issues can be prevented by having a realistic budget in place with real numbers provided by us.

Set Design

What ideas do you envision? What sets you apart from your competitors? What services distinguish you from the rest, and what makes your approach exceptional?  Evaluate your own personal area of expertise, and figure out where you’ll need support. You’ll have the best chance of succeeding as an entrepreneur if you do what you do best and find people you trust to help do the rest.

Systems and Processes

Systems allow your business to run like a well-oiled machine while making it more streamlined, more productive, and ultimately, more profitable. We will talk about ticketing systems, hiring employees, and all of the processes to help you run your business effectively.

Branding/Marketing/Visibility

Your audience is out there, but they might not know about you if you aren’t putting your business out there. You need a strong marketing and branding strategy if you want to be found by your target audience.
